Facebook Ads for Real Estate Agents
Facebook ads for real estate agents bring in people who are months from a move and minutes from forgetting they filled in your form. We run the buyer and seller campaigns inside Meta's housing rules, then an AI agent texts every lead in seconds, qualifies the timeline and books the ones who are ready while keeping the rest warm.

Example text conversation between Ava, an AI assistant for Harbor Realty, and a lead named Linda.
- Ava (AI): Hi Linda, this is Ava, the AI assistant for Rachel at Harbor Realty. Thanks for requesting a home value report. Are you thinking about selling, or just curious what it's worth?
- Linda: Thinking about it. Maybe this spring
- Ava (AI): Makes sense. Online estimates can miss by a lot, so Rachel prices from recent sales near you. Any updates since you bought? Kitchen, roof, additions?
- Linda: New kitchen 2 years ago and a new roof
- Ava (AI): Those matter. Want Rachel to stop by for 20 minutes to see them and walk you through the numbers? Saturday at 10:00 AM or Monday at 5:30 PM?
- Linda: Saturday works
- Ava (AI): Done. Rachel will see you Saturday at 10:00 AM. I'll send a reminder Friday evening.
Booked: Listing consultation, Saturday, 10:00 AM, In-home with Rachel.
Offers
Offers that get buyers and sellers to raise a hand.
The offer is the ad. We pick one per campaign, test it against a second, and keep whichever books more appointments.
- 01
Home value, with an opinion
An instant estimate from the address, then a real walk-through from you. The estimate starts the conversation; your opinion is what they actually want.
- 02
New listings in one area
Buyers hand over their criteria for listings in a single neighborhood or price band. One area per campaign beats a citywide ad.
- 03
Open house registration
Cheap, local and specific. The people who register are the easiest list you will build this month, whether or not they walk through the door.
- 04
Just sold nearby
A real sale on a real street gives a neighbor a reason to ask what theirs would do. Use the number you can stand behind.
After the click
From ad to booked in minutes.
Ads only pay when someone books. This is what happens to every lead, at 2 PM or 2 AM. It's our speed to lead system on AI appointment setters.
- 1
Instant form
Buying or selling, area, timeline and consent to be contacted by text and call, named to your brokerage and sitting next to the submit button.
- 2
Text back in seconds
The lead lands in StrideOps and an AI agent texts in under 2 seconds, as the assistant for your team, before they open the next listing.
- 3
Qualify on timeline
When they want to move, whether they are working with another agent, pre-approval for buyers, reason for moving for sellers.
- 4
Booked, or kept warm
Ready now gets a showing or a listing appointment on your calendar with reminders. Six months out goes on a monthly check-in instead of into a dead pipeline.
Creative
Angles we test first.
Real people and real work beat stock photos. We produce the rest with AI and ship fresh creative every week, before the old ads wear out.
The market in 60 seconds
You, on camera, with this month's numbers for one ZIP code. Filmed on a phone, posted weekly, run as an ad.
Phone tour of a listing
A walk through the house talking like a buyer's agent, not a brochure. The property is the creative.
Buyer questions answered
How much down, how long it takes, what happens after an offer. The questions your inbox already gets.
A move that worked
A past client describing what they were worried about and how it went, used only with their written permission.
Before you launch
Rules we build around
- Housing is a special ad category on Meta. Any ad about buying, selling or renting homes has to be declared as one, which removes age, gender and detailed targeting and sets a minimum radius on location. Plan to do the targeting with your creative and your offer instead.
- Fair housing applies to the copy. Describe the home and the area, never the kind of buyer or seller you are hoping for.
- Consent for texts and calls is its own line next to the submit button, names your brokerage, and is not bundled with anything else. Portal leads who never opted in do not get an AI text.
- The agent says it is an assistant for your team, never gives a valuation or advice that needs a license, and hands off to a licensed agent whenever it is asked to.
Calls and texts only go to people who opted in on your form. How consent works.

What we report on
What your Meta Ads report shows.
Booked appointments first, then the numbers that explain them.
- Cost per lead
- The number Meta shows you. Useful, but only the first line of the report.
- Speed to first contact
- Seconds from form submit to the first call or text. This is where most Meta leads are won or lost.
- Contact rate
- The share of leads who actually pick up or reply, which tells us whether the form is collecting real people.
- Cost per booked call
- Ad spend divided by calls on your calendar. The number we optimize toward.
- Show rate
- Booked calls that happen. Reminders and rebooking from the agent move this more than anything.
- Revenue per ad dollar
- Closed revenue you report back against spend, once deals start closing.

They've consistently been able to help me achieve at least 10 booked appointments on my calendar for both of my businesses separately every week for the last six months.
Jacob SnitmanBurke FinancialI don't usually do testimonials for people but we've been able to generate a tremendous amount of additional monthly income with Executive Stride. Their team is super supportive and basically hand you results on a silver platter.
Franky ShawFutrGroupI can personally attribute over $20k/mo of additional monthly income to Josh and the team at Executive Stride with their LinkedIn strategies alone. If you're not working with them I don't know what you're doing.
Stephen GomesRealtor Media LeadsGetting leads is fantastic, we have a small team and actually had too much coming in and I had to reel it back a little bit, which is a good problem to have.
Jacob SherrardElvt Marketing SolutionsSince working with Josh and his team at Executive Stride for three weeks, we have been able to book 35 qualified leads and closed 11 leads by using their LinkedIn system
Harshal DewanganDewa DirectionJosh and his team basically helped me generate over 37 booked appointments and 13 new clients, which is mind-blowing!

Facebook Ads for Real Estate Agents: questions, answered.
Anything else, ask us on the call.
- Do Facebook ads work for real estate agents?
- They work for filling a pipeline, not for producing a closing this week. Facebook reaches people before they search, so the leads are earlier and need more follow-up than a Google lead. Agents who answer in minutes and keep a monthly touch going do well with them. Agents who call twice and stop do not.
- How much should a realtor spend on Facebook ads?
- Work backward from a closing. Decide what one is worth to you, how many appointments it takes to get one, and how many leads it takes to get an appointment. That gives you a budget that buys enough leads to learn from. We do that math with you on the strategy call rather than quoting a monthly number.
- What is the best Facebook ad for real estate?
- For sellers, a home value offer followed by your own opinion of the house. For buyers, new listings in one specific area. Both beat a general brand ad because the person gets something concrete for the information they hand over.
- Why do Facebook real estate leads feel low quality?
- Most of them are early rather than bad. Someone who fills in a home value form is at the start of a decision that takes months. The leads look low quality when the follow-up only lasts two calls. A consent-based text sequence and a monthly check-in change what the same leads are worth.
- Can an AI agent call my real estate leads?
- It can call and text the leads who gave consent on your form. It says it is an AI assistant for your team, qualifies, books and hands off to you. It does not cold call, and it does not contact anyone who has not opted in.
Turn ad clicks into booked appointments.
Book a call and we'll show you the offer, creative and follow-up we'd run for your real estate business.
